VP/Director, Business Development
Location: US / China
Responsibilities:
Forging strategic alliance with external partners. Evaluating marketing plans. Responsible for increasing sales and company awareness and outreach.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience managing internal projects and external collaborations;
2. Expertise in global marketing, in depth and first-hand knowledge of Chinese and US pharmaceutical markets;
3. Thorough experience in global sourcing, vendor evaluation, and market analysis;
4. Skillful track record in leading and motivating teams;
5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese;
6. Well established professional connections in both China and US.
VP/Director, Synthetic Chemistry
Location: ShangHai and Wuxi City, China
Responsibilities:
1. Define chemistry project team objectives, timelines, and work plans and work closely with each head and supporting department;
2. Build and lead project teams to deliver the results to respective clients and meet revenue and cost target;
3. Identify and solve synthetic and medicinal chemistry problems to advance the project;
4. Design multi-step organic synthesis reactions;
5. Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form and discuss regularly with the team, the client and supervisor in regards to status of projects, potential issues and plans.
Requirements:
1. PhD in organic chemistry, postdoctoral experience or overseas work experience will be a plus;
2. Two years multi-teams management experience;
3. Excellent in leadership/communication/team-building, improve team’s technical and management ability;
4. Demonstrated leadership with teamwork spirit.
Senior Organic Chemist
Location: ShangHai and Wuxi City, China
Responsibilities:
1. Search literature and analyze spectrum independently; design the synthetic route according to literature;
2. Identify and solve synthetic and medicinal chemistry problems to advance the project;
3. Supervise the assistants to finish experiments;
4. Draft and organize the R&D reports and original records;
5. Finish other urgent tasks.
Requirements:
1. BS/MS/PhD in Organic Chemistry;
2. At least 5 years working experience with bachelor's degree or 3 years working experience with master’s degree. Fresh PhD graduate is considerable;
3. Skilled in routine designing and literature searching;
4. Experienced in process development;
5. Strong oral and written communication skills are needed for working with clients and associates.
Organic Chemist
Location: ShangHai and Wuxi City, China
Responsibilities:
1. Design route based on literature, and have them synthesized and evaluated;
2. Finish chemistry experiments and analyze the results, finish some difficult projects with the help of supervisors;
3. Efficiently performs laboratory analysis using laboratory equipment and established standards and procedures. Work closely with other departments to provide accurate and qualified products on time;
4. Supervise the assistants to finish experiments;
5. Maintain a safe and regulatory-compliant laboratory work environment through proper maintenance and use of laboratory facilities and equipment and the wearing of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
6. Continue to broaden personal knowledge and experience and production issues through personal studies, coaching from supervision, association with coworkers and management.
Requirements:
1. BS in Chemistry; 3 years or above relative experience is desired. Excellent fresh graduate is also considerable;
2. Skilled in experiments conducting;
3. Be able to design synthetic route;
4. Skilled in literature searching;
5. Good communication skills and leadership.
Associate Organic Chemist
Location: ShangHai and Wuxi City, China
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Senior Chemist with the tasks necessary completion of specific project assignments;
2. Accomplish some projects by either Chinese or English literature searching;
3. Analyze TLC/HPLC/LC-MS/NMR spectrum etc. correctly by common analysis methods;
4. Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks detailing all experimental activity and test results;
5. Maintain a safe and regulatory-compliant laboratory work environment through proper maintenance and use of laboratory facilities and equipment and the wearing of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
6. Continue to broaden personal knowledge and experience and production issues through personal studies, coaching from supervision, association with coworkers and management.
Requirements:
1. BS in Chemistry;
2. One to three years of relevant R&D experience is preferred;
3. Have the ability to use Reaxys /SciFinder and English literature reading;
4. Have the ability of common analyzing;
5. Be familiar with the chemistry experiments’ routine operation;
6. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
